Yes, /mir copies any files that have changed over to the new location
You need to be careful with this because it will also delete (b
default) files on the destination that are not there.

You can also scan your robocopy log file using a tool named Robocop
Log Scanner, it emails you a report of errors after the job ha
completed, and zip's the log file.
