Ideally, you'd have started your own thread about /your/ problem to avoid
confusing it with staceylynn424's (who might /not/ be running Vista).

That being said...

The Known Issues section of 939653 points to the following KB article:

Error message after you install a Windows Internet Explorer 7 update from
Windows Update or from Microsoft Update: "Webpage cannot be displayed"
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/942818/

Look familiar? <wink>

Temporarily disable your anti-virus application and any real-time protection
provided by your anti-spyware application(s) > Uninstall "Security Update
for Windows Internet Explorer 7 (KB939653) via Add/Remove Programs (and,
possibly, any other update you just installed) > Reboot > Temporarily
disable your anti-virus application and any real-time protection provided by
your anti-spyware application(s) again > Go to Windows Update
(http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com) and reinstall the update(s).

Don't do ANY other browsing or anything else online until you're rebooted
and confirmed that the update(s) have successfully installed and the
aforementioned protections are enabled.

If you're running ZoneAlarm Free or Pro, you may have to take additional
actions to prevent the behavior from returning.
