Yes, there is an aspect of "security" here as it applies to "servers". But
the same could be said of the locks on the door to your server room.
If the OP want the best available advice on the use of a webcam (or door
locks, for that matter), perhaps there are newsgroups for those subjects.
Most of the "server security" specialists in this newsgroup are specialists
in traditional aspects of IT security.
