*nod* That is to be expected.

Use DNS Poisoning. Set up a new primary zone "google.com" and have it
resolve the records that you want it to. (I can't remember how to set
up a wild card record.) Have said record(s) resolve to your server.

Create a new web site in IIS and have it answer to the "google.com" host
name. (You may want to include either a wild card here too or
additional other names.)

Make sure that there is nothing in the web site its self and set IIS to
cause a redirection to "bing.com".

A wildcard record needs to be created in the actual zonename.dns text file
itself.
