As far as I know, the Community NNTP bridge will not be expanded to
include the forums at windowslivehelp.com. The technology of those
forums is quite different, and the developer (Jochen Kalmbach) has not
shown an interest in doing so.

You don't
The forums that the bridge(s) support are built on a different platform than the WLSC.

Afaik...no efforts are planned to make the bridge(s) function with the WLSC or for the WLSC to allow bridge access.
