yes firewall work by opening or closing ports so the port to look at the
network area could be open but the port of the remote assistance could be
closed try disabling your firewall as a test to see if you can, if you can
then re-enable it(firewall) and do some research to find the port(would know
but it's late and didn't want to search it but i will, it'll be easy for me,
just a sec) ok took two mins port is 3389
