Greetings Paul,
This is a long-standing bug which has been time-and-time again been postponed. The wording
and link is wrong in the error message.
On Windows XP, you need Windows Messenger (not Live) installed to use Remote Assistance in
Live Messenger. To do so, just download and install it from the following location:
http://microsoft.com/downloads/detai...f-9157a3b3d774
Then, you can use Live Messenger to use Remote Assistance.
