The Virus threats change by the day if not the hour. Based on your
post and keeping Vista updated/patched (auto) other than optional that
you can take when needed and also keeping your other security up to
date (definitions) before you scan, and using UAC should keep you
reasonably safe.
You are using SpyBot S&D, do not use the _TeaTimer_ function of that
software unless you are an expert.

I don't know who or what gave you the idea that viruses "is not soo
big problem any more." But in fact viruses, and you can group malware,
worms, Trojans, spyware, etc.etc., all as forms of some type of virus
activity, that along with people writhing poor/bad code in software is
the biggest threat you face day to day that will cause you the most
problems using a computer in 2009. The only other biggest and most
common problem is people NOT reading directions and/or tinkering in
side the system operations that do not have the expertise to be doing
so to begin with and I am not talking about personalizing setting and
such through user friendly front end utilities. Two things you can do
with a computer, use it to get some work/job/task done or use it to
try an figure out what makes it tick and how and if you want to
complicate either don't read or research any directions/documentation.
As far as MS making some *super smart anti -what ever*, well thats
already been done and is available through Sears and other hardware
vendors, just ask for good pair of Cable Cutter.ext and chose the
correct size for your environment. That the only thing proven to keep
you 100% safe using a computer.

That being said, If you keep Vista up to date with latest service pack
and patches, along with the other security programs your using/running
you will be safer than many others. You have to add more knowledge
and plenty of awareness to even get close to 100%.
