Hi Andrew,
What exactly are your intentions with the different names and IPs?
FYI: If you create an AD integrated zone, it replicates to all DC/DNS
servers either in the domain or the forest, depending on its replication
scope. So no, you can't have one name in one Site with one IP address, and
another in another site with a different IP address.
If these records are for AD resources, such as domain controllers, properly
setting up AD Sites and their associated subnet objects is the way to go.
Client machines will automatically look for resources in its own Site before
elsewhere.
If the records are for non-AD resources, such as a website, you can simply
create the same name and the client will select the IP closests to its own
subnet based on the Network Prioritization feature of DNS.
They are generalizations, but to better help with your intentions, would
require more understanding of your intentions.
