Hi,
Rundll32.exe is not the problem, the module it is trying to load is. It
crashes because the library file (.dll) it is being directed to load is
corrupt, missing, or an incorrect version. Check the Event Viewer to see if
you can determine what file it's trying to load. If it's a critical system
file, then running "sfc /scannow" from an elevated command prompt should
resolve the issue. If it's a non-system file, then reinstalling the
associated software may help. Otherwise, using a tool like sysinternal's
autorun should be able to isolate the loading entry and remove it.
