JASC software did not become compatible until Corel bought them out. Version
6 of the album program was released by Corel and is compatible with Vista.
Version 8 of PSP was first released by JASC and patch by Corel due to
compatibility issues with vista. Any version after 6 of the Photo Album is
100% compatible with vista--to the best of Corel's ability. And the same for
PSP after version 8. I started using JASC software with the release of
version 4 of PSP and Photo album.

If it won't run on Vista you can be fairly certain it won't run on Windows
7.
