You won't get duplicate entries. It is still the same Exchange Server you
are sync'ing with. ActiveSync on the PPC knows that so it will happily
synchronize as it always has.

The following pertains to synchronized items that are *not* part of the
Exchange Server synchronization:
1) On the PPC, delete the partnership for the PC that you no longer use.
2) Install ActiveSync on the new PC.
3) Connect the PPC with the PC and let it create a new partnership.
Connection to the Exchange Server will happen automatically so what you need
to set up are the other things, e.g. files and such. Since these do not
exist on the new PC, they will be copied from the PPC.
