Sounds like an incomplete (or some kind of 'custom') install of SBS. (or

Try installing Windows Sharepoint SP3
Windows SharePoint Services Service Pack 3 (SP3) http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en Then re-run SBS 2003 BPA. Control Panel | Windows Components | Application Server | IIS | FrontPage 2002 Server Extensions I believe this should recreate the MS Sharepoint Administration Website. Assuming it does, you should then go to the Microsoft Updates site and download/install any recommended updates. I believe the reason you're getting a prompt at Companyweb might be not having KB 961143 hotfix installed.
