Windows SharePoint Services Service Pack 3 (SP3)

Then re-run SBS 2003 BPA.

Also, please post the results of an ipconfig /all for the SBS server.

I believe this should recreate the MS Sharepoint Administration Website.

Assuming it does, you should then go to the Microsoft Updates site and
download/install any recommended updates. I believe the reason you're
getting a prompt at Companyweb might be not having KB 961143 hotfix
installed.
