How to replace Microsoft software or hardware, order service packs and
product upgrades, or replace product manuals

Call Microsoft and explain that the OEM is out of business.

You said you tried to copy the CD to a new CD. Can you try copying it to a
hard drive or flash drive? Have you tried it in another CD drive and/or
computer?

If I recall correctly, CD3 from premium is the same as standard. Premium
Technologies is an additional CD on top of the regular package.

Have you tried Insite Technology, or Rennassiance? Surely they've got
it. ?
