Based on the error message of the Exchange ActiveSync Connectivity Tests and the failure of CEICW wizard, I suspect the issue may caused by the some basic
configurations in IIS virtual directory and in ISA firewall. Just my two cents, please go ahead with our support engineer's suggestion including the KB817379. Besides, if you
could paste some detailed error messages in the CEICW log, I think more people will share their advice towards the clues.
Details have been recorded in the file Icwlog.txt, which can be found in the C:\Program Files\Microsoft BackOffice\Support directory.
