Re: Schema upgrade from Server 2003 to Server 2008 R2 fails

Do you run it on the schema master with an account of the schema admins from
the installation disk?

Are all domain DCs in sync and error free? Please check them with dcdiag
/v, netdiag /v and repadmin /showrepl.

Are the 2003 machines using SP2 and all latest patches?
