In Vista, Windows searches are saved only on demand, when you click the
Save Search button. After you name a search, it is stored in the Searches
folder under your user name (C:\Users\%username%\Searches\). A saved
search can be deleted with the Delete key, like any other file.

Click the "Network & Internet" icon in Control Panel to see these two
options.
