1. Your computer may still be infected.
2. And/or the damage to the Operating System caused by whatever you had is
too great.
You may want to check in at the forum where you got the HijackThis help.
Otherwise, to be 100% sure your computer is completely virus/malware-free
and works correctly, back up your data and do a clean install of Windows.
