Just encountered the same repeatedly trouble.
I've got a success after clearing temporary internet files, then
downloaded and installed this update manually.
My configuration: Win XP + NOD32 Antivirus (latest)
+ Outpost Firewall (latest). No turn off of
antivirus nor firewall was necessary.
