Ok then delete the accummulated OLK files under your Internet temporar
file

different places for different Outlook versions

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\O utlook\Securit
- Outlook 200
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\O utlook\Securit
- Outlook 200
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\O utlook\Security\OutlookSecureTempFolde
Then close outlook and delete the path
- Locate the Outlook Temporary Items folder by opening the Registr
and locatin
*HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\ Outlook\Security\OutlookSecureTempFolder
- Navigate to the value of this Key. It should be something like
*%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\OLK3D\* wher
OLK3D is some randomly generated string that always starts with OL
- Quit Outloo
- Delete the contents of the folde
- Launch Outloo
