That's a normal message.

This machine is looking for approved updates in the "Test Server - All
Updates" target group.

It's finding updates, but none that are Approved and Needed.
[1] Do you have a "Test Server - All Updates" target group on the WSUS
Server (since you're using spaces and hyphens, be especially careful of
them -- the string must match *exactly*).
[2] Is this machine 'usidsxixmwsus01.mm.inxix.sod.eds.com' (not into easily
readable machine names are ya? <g>) actually a MEMBER of the "Test Server -
All Updates" target group?
[3] Are there actually any updates approved for INSTALL in the "Test
Server - All Updates" target group?
[4] Is this machine 'usidsxixmwsus01' actually showing any updates as
NEEDED?
