The download would roughly be around 3GB, or 3000MB. It will
be an iso to allow you produce a DVD equivalent to the packaged
DVD. The Win 7 downloads have been in the same size range.
The Vista and Win 7 DVDs contain an image of Ultimate. The
product key determines the version, and what features are
installed.

A correction. The download version is an installable image,
rather than an iso, and therefore can do an in place install
only. The DVD will be needed to do a clean install. It's
either the DVD or download version. You can get the
DVD or the download for the quoted price, but not both.
