Join the club. My Motherboard has done this ever since I have had it,
used with XP and with Vista. It reawakens from sleep , from
hibernation and also from being shut down. The only way i have found
to stop it is to turn off the power switch on the back. The board has
been back to Abit who say there is no problem. Apparently it is just
one of those things.
