Hello Silvester,

Make sure that fast logon optimization isn't configured, applies also for
Windows 7:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/305293

Also make sure only the domain DNS servers are configured on the NIC of the
machines and none else.

Best regards

Hi,

No services are failing at startup. However I do have the following Warnings.

Folder redirection policy application has been delayed until the next logon
because the group policy logon optimization is in effect.

AND

The Group Policy Client Side Extension Folder Redirection was unable to
apply one or more settings because the changes must be processed before
system startup or user logon. The system will wait for Group Policy
processing to finish completely before the next startup or logon for this
user, and this may result in slow startup and boot performance.

Just to give input..our Default Policy that is applied at the root of the
domain does have the GPO setting to always wait for network at computer
startup & login...THere are other GPO's below this one but it should delegate
throughout the rest as the default one is set to inherit everywhere.

Hello Silvan,

Did you make sure the GPO settings are applied correct with rsop.msc on the
client? Please post an unedited ipconfig /all from the DC/DNS and a problem
machine.

Best regards
