Have you tried running the free versions of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware or
SUPERAntiSpyware? Are you using a router? Have you contacted your ISP or the
"Comodo" support staff? What was the problem stated about "sfh.exe"?

Seems like too much to deal with - "flatten and rebuild" may be required.

First, you might want to try assisted help in one of the HiJackThis forums.

....and you neglected to answer the*other* questions.
