What I can tell you is that I have 2 machines that have the same problem as
you do. When I tried to reinstall my print server it wont let me add or
delete the ports. It says "error in TCP MIB Library". What a piece of crap
this is. And to boot when you look it up in the knowledge base it says to
let windows re-install a few dll files and that wont do a damn thing.
