Turning off the pop up blocker seems to work for some. Also,
clearing the DNS cache worked for others :
Go to Start, Run type in
cmd
Click OK or press Enter
Type in
ipconfig /flushdns
Press Enter. You should get a message that DNS was flushed.
Type Exit to close the command prompt.
