Hi
Are you able to boot into Safe Mode (tap F8 repeatedly early in
the Windows startup process)?
If so, uninstall SP2 there.
If you are not able to get into Safe Mode:
This gives Recovery Console commands to uninstall SP2 and some info
about troubleshooting SP2 install logs:
