I contacted SP2 Support group 2 times and each time I chatted with the
support ?Professional? They did not understand or know about the hotfix. I
am really frustrated with this as my printer capabilities were working fine
until I downloaded SP2. I have even contacted Canon and were told to contact
you, so I am going in circles. The only alternative is to uninstall SP2
unless I can get this resolved. I don't know who the last 2 people I spoke
with even know anything about SP2 problems, it is a shame that Microsoft
doesn't have more technical people working on their staff.
