Tools - we are working on it, but nothing is public yet.
One way to reindex SOME files is to go to Control Panel -> Indexing
Options -> Modify -> All Users, then open the location you want to reindex,
uncheck it, OK, wait until the indexer is idle again. Then check it back.
Can you try copying these files some place else and then index this location
to double check that there's nothing peculiar about them? If you suspect
that items are indexed by not searchable, please take a note of before and
after indexed item count (and don't change your files in the meantime, so no
Outlook if you index emails for example).
