Provided you check the box marked "Only people on my allow list
can see my status and send me messages", WLMessenger should
generate a pop-up warning, to tell you that
"" has attempted to add your
name to his contact list. (I can't remember the precise wording
of the warning, but I hope the intention is clear.)
The pop-up offers two options - to accept the addition, or to add
the interloper's name to your blocked list.
Have you received any of these these pop-up warnings?
If so, is it possible that you might clicked the wrong option,
and have permitted the addition inadvertently?
