Could you elaborate as to what you mean by "drops down"? Is it crashing, freezing or what?
and does it only happen with group conversations?

Hi,

That's very interesting, I can't really come up with any scenarios where group conversations
exclusively would cause this to happen. I don't suppose there's any error messages appearing
(it just disappears)?
