No, but you can change the gray text of a read messages using a rule to change the color(e.g. default or black) in XP, Vista, or
Win7. Optionally, if Vista or Win7 changing the default color for 'Disabled Items' on the Appearance settings to black will also
modify the 'gray text' of read messages.
Rules can also be applied to pop3 messages.
