Hi,
Try making the following changes to the ISA Server:
1. Open ISA Server Manager
2. Click on Firewall Policy under the computer name.
3. Click on your Mail Publishing rule.
4. Right Click and select Properties
5. Click on the Paths tab
6. Add to your list of OWA paths the following three
/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync/*
/oma/*
/exchange-oma/*
7. Click Apply and commit the changes to ISA
