I use Robocopy and XXCOPY on command line, batch scripts, or using Total
Commander as the GUI.

There is also a GUI for Robocopy, but it works with it's own, slightly
older, version of Robocopy, compared to the standard Vista version:

But you may find SyncToy is what you are looking for:

I tried SyncToy at your suggestion. Works well for me. Very easy and
intuitive to use. Thanks
