Hi,

Category based sync feature in ActiveSync is not available with WM 5.0
devices. The device will always sync with the default Calendar folder and
therefore even you have create a new calendar, its not going to be possible
to set it to receive the non-work related appointments using ActiveSync.

Third-party software like http://www.chapura.com/pmp_wm.php should help
solve your problem but then I guess even that would also be a strict NO at
your workplace.
