It's as buggy as ever, but different parts of it are buggy ;-) Since
Exchange sync is right in the middle of Microsoft's crosshairs as far as
target customers, it's pretty stable compared to the desktop ActiveSync that
you may remember. Most of the problems that come up are things like
certificates from certificate authorities that aren't listed as trusted in
the device, by default, etc. I think that the sync operations themselves
are pretty solid.
