The problem is that he cannot configure the properties for the
synchronisation of his mailbox. No window shows up when he clicks the
button.
I had the same problem. When I turned on the synchronisation of the
mailbox, after I clicked the button the configuration window didn't show
up. I first had to click OK without changing the configuration. After
that I could reenter and change the properties.
