forums on the Web and I guess either it is so by design or there will b
a fix for it, perhaps, in Vista SP2.
Unfortunately, I have reasons to believe the latter will not happen

information is provided by Microsoft spport as a fact rather than as a
issue. Another reason is that, some users have figured out the proble
can be fixed by changing a policy rule to allow users to run batc
files. However, apparently that requires access to the Policy Editor,
feature not available in Vista Home Premium
This is a serious issue to me. If I cannot schedule tasks on my Vist
machine without having to reenter my password after reboot then Vista i
of little use to me, as I also run it as a server
