Task Manager Performance Tab has a Resource Monitor Selection in which is a
Disks Drop-Down

I'd go for Process Explorer:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/s...s/default.aspx

You'll have to add the columns to monitor the type of disk activity
you are interested in.
