You'll have to look for commonality between things that don't work. Is the
current date set correctly on your device after the hard reset? Are the
tasks recurring tasks? You're synchronizing with the same PC as always
before?

New information almost always helps, but when trying to debug something, a
scattershot approach, try everything on Earth, usually is not the best way
to find the problem.

So, when synchronizing with this new PC, the problem shows up, but it does
not show up in some other case, the laptop? Are both devices, the new PC
and the laptop, set for the same time zone? Does this time zone match the
time zone set for the mobile device?

No, it were no recurring tasks but normal tasks. No, it is a new pc.
And I synchronize also with my laptop.
