Hello John H.,

If you talk about data folders on the harddisk drives. never heard about.
In AD UC you have builtin folder named this way but your description deson't
sound for Active directory.

Moving data to another folder on the harddisk will never be done automatically.
It requires maunal or scripted interaction. So even if anybody says, i didn't
do it, it wan't go automatic. There must be some interaction from someone.

If you have enabled logging on file/folder level you can find something in
the event viewer of the server. Otherwise you have no option to find who
has moved the data.
