Hardly. They are pushing for adoption of their "Live" suite. I just ran the
installer, and it only started the install for those items I already had
earlier versions of. It offered to install four more components, but I
declined.

Yeah, but if you don't want to update what you already have, it doesn't
allow you to not update it. Silly installer. This is a very bad idea.
