Hi,
I have seen something similar when files of certain formats are imported
into Outlook. Refer -
http://www.pocketpcfaq.com/raj/Import.html . In most
of those cases, the edit action on the PC would help fix the issue. Don't
have an iPhone to test this scenario at the moment, but will report back if
I can manage to get hold of one in the coming days.

Hi Raj,
The appointment is still show as an all day event on the iPAQ. It is
also being put in a day later than it shows in Outlook.
