You're welcome. I monitor both of these newsgroups just about daily to
offer voluntary, peer-to-peer support. In addition, customers in the U.S.
and Canada can receive technical support from Microsoft Product Support
Services at 1-866-PCSAFETY. There is no charge for support calls that are
associated with security updates.

"No-Charge Support" in right-hand menu.
International customers can receive support from their local Microsoft
subsidiaries. There is no charge for support that is associated with
security updates. For more information about how to contact Microsoft for
support issues, visit the International Support Web site:

Since I haven't seen the error message, I can't tell you if anyone else has
seen the same behavior.
NB: If you changed the location of your Temporary Internet Files folder,
change it back to the default location *before* reinstalling 931768!
IE7 Tools > Internet Options > General > Browsing history > Settings >
Current location: The default is typically C:\Documents and
Settings\[Username]\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files. Use the "Move
folder" button to restore to the default location, if necessary.
