Hello Rush,

Domain C isn't needed, you can create an external trust between A and B direct.

Start with DNS:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/l...76(WS.10).aspx

And then the trust, either for one side:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/l...33(WS.10).aspx

Or direct for both sides:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/l...00(WS.10).aspx
