Greetings,

This means your account hasn't been verified. In order to change your display name, you need
to click the verification e-mail sent from Windows Live ID Services.

Sometimes it can take nearly a day for the e-mail to arrive if you just signed up. However,
assuming you haven't received it, you can request another verification e-mail from here:
https://account.live.com/verifysi.as...rp=summarypage
