Shared folder, shared printers, shared network access. They must be set
to shared on the new computer.

It's not all that simple, so find a book or an on-line tutorial, and do
some reading (while seated at the computers, so you can try things).

Don't share any folders (if it's on, turn if off - see below), and
don't tell others the account password you use. And do use a
password...

The Public folder is always shared, I believe, so you can put anything
you want to share in a folder inside Public.

To control sharing, right click on a folder, choose Share With, then
Advanced sharing (if present), and browse among the dialogs you will
see.

I'm not an expert. I would recommend a Windows Vista (or whatever) for
Dummies, or another book at a level you're comfortable with, for better
guidance than I can offer. There's really too much to cover in an
exchange of posts like this.
