Okay, two things you'll need to do.
1. reconfigure WU to notify only at this stage (see tutorial for assistance)
2. I would suggest a system restore to a time before the problems started
(see tutorial for assistance)
If this is out of your depth seek assistance from a reputable person/dealer
rather than screwing things totally up.
