Here is another solutioon I recieved from Felix, a microsoft tech guy, for
those who want to do it themselves. Personally, I like the solution from J
Kelly because it accomplishes the same thing more easily and more quickly
(see other messages in this group)

Let's perform the following steps to troubleshoot this issue:
Import registry
==========
1. Click Start, click Run, type "regsvr32 ole32.dll" (without quotation
marks) in the Open box, and then click OK.
2. Click Start, click Run, type "notepad C:\register.reg" (without
quotation marks) in the Open box, and then click OK. Choose Yes when you are
prompted.
3. Copy the following texts between the star marks and then paste them into
the opened Notepad window:

After you paste the above commands, please close the Notepad window. Choose
Yes when you are prompted to save the file.
5. Click Start, click Run, type "C:\register.reg" (without quotation marks)
and press Enter to run the commands we have pasted.
6. Restart the computer and check the issue again.
Is the problem resolved?
If the problem persists, please collect a System Information for our further
troubleshooting:
Collect System Information
====================
a. Press Start, Run and type in msinfo32. Press OK.
b. On the popup window, on the menu bar, click File, and click Save to save
it as an NFO file, such as system.nfo.
C. Find the file we just saved such as system.nfo, right-click on this file,
click "Send To", and click "Compressed (zipped) Folder".
d. Send the Compressed (zipped) file (such as system.zip) as an email
attachment to me at
